Roy was very nice. His inspection was very thorough. He did an amazing job and his hard work was very appreciated.
Roy was very easy to work with. He was very thorough with his inspection and his report was very detailed and easy to read. He made himself available for any questions I might have. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Being a first time home buyer he put my mind at ease and made it easier to decide on the things I wanted the home owner to fix.
Roy is absolutely great. We were running late and he stayed after so that he could meet us and talk about the house. Not only did he give us a VERY thorough inspection, he offered a lot of advice for the future of the home, such as preventative maintenance tips, things that weren’t problems but should be watched, and just general good information about often overlooked items that go with home ownership. Aside from that… He was just a really nice guy, a real pleasure to just hang out and talk with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
