The first house she inspected looked great but everything was wrong with it on the inside (6 layers of roofing over slats, knob and tube wiring, shot AC and furnace). She took detailed notes with photos and was incredibly thorough. She was very professional and honest with us and saved us from a money pit. I cannot emphasize enough how thankful we are for her work ethic and detail.
