Neil was amazing! We were getting close to our home inspection deadline and stress was on high! Luckily, Neil was able to accommodate us in such short notice. He was even flexible when we had to push back the start time. He is extremely knowledgeable and we felt comfortable having him inspect the home while we were at work. My dad was able to meet up with him for a bit during the inspection and dad complimented on Neil’s work ethic and was glad he was the one doing the inspection. Neil made sure to call and touch base with us and even stayed up late to get the report completed in time for the deadline. He’s a great guy and knows his stuff. Pricing is affordable as well. Would highly recommend him to anyone in escrow.

He was thorough, professional, timely in providing his findings and met the tight deadline for performing the inspection. He explained his findings and how he arrived at his conclusions. He provided excellent value and quality.

Neil was fantastic! He did a thorough inspection of the home we are purchasing and explained the process and his findings the entire way. His inspection report was clear and easy to understand, which is extremely important. I now have the confidence to proceed with the home purchase knowing the home has been inspected by Neil. Thank you so much for being part of our home buying process!
