I am a first time home buyer, not from the area and had House 2 Home come and inspect a house that I was interested in. Not only was the inspector super friendly, he also was very thorough and found a lot of things that I myself wouldn’t have found. I am so thankful we had House 2 Home come inspect the house or else we would’ve been stuck with repairs that we aren’t prepared to take on! I will definitely be using him again if need be in the future.

My wife and I were wanting to buy a house and needed to get a home inspection done to make sure everything was up to code and that we weren’t going to get something we didn’t ask for. The inspector that was sent arrived promptly and started walking through the home making observations along the way. His inspection was incredibly detailed having documented every detail along with pictures of abnormalities and items that could present issues down the road. He also set up a radon test to ensure the house wasn’t filled with it. Thankfully this company works for the home buyer and helps you make an informed decision on what you’re looking to buy . Very professional! We will be using them again on our next potential home!
