I am currently in the process of buying my first house and I wanted to get the inspection done to help negotiate pricing with the current owner. House 2 home inspections was on time, very professional, covered every inch of the house top to bottom! He didnt miss anything and he kept me in the loop while he was working, which was nice. The report itself was very good quality, it honestly impressed me with how much detail! The pricing was fair and honest. Highly recommend! Wont be disappointed!
