House Call Home Inspection of Greater Fayetteville

Jay did a home inspection of the home we wish to buy in North Carolina, and we are from Colorado. It is dificult when you purchase out of state, because you feel very vulnerable. He made us feel like he sincerely cared about our purchase and wanted to be sure we knew about ALL current and potential future issues for this home! Jay’s inspection is very, thorough, indepth and he explains everything to you. Pictures and videos are included of all issues he finds and do include “non-issue” . He further rates the issues according to their severity and priority. Multiple pictures are included with indepth explanations, so that you have proof in hand. Jay is extremely personable and will include repair recommendations for the future with projected prices, which is very helpful to know how expensive things may be so you can plan for them, as opposed to being shocked when the problem comes up out of nowhere. The report is sent to your email, you can save to your hard drive or on wherever you wish. There is also the option to have it printed and bound in a notebook, for easy future access.
