It was our first home so we were happy to see the pictures of the areas of concern. House Calls provided insight into places we could see as well as places we couldn’t; for example we were informed that our home needing more insulation in the attic as well problems in the electrical system. The inspector gave a full and thorough inspection and paid attention to things that we had no idea to look at during our walk through which allowed us to avoid major problems because we could have them fixed prior to purchasing and therefore save money.

The report was given back in a timely manner and was very thorough and detailed. All the items of concern were notated very well in the report, spelling out hazards to us along with pictures. It made this part of the buying process easy for us to present items to the seller for repairs. Thank you so much for your expertise!
