We are purchasing our first home and were recommended Tim to use for our house inspection and so glad we did. Thorough is an understatement for how great of a job he did. The detail and images he provides for every section of the inspection is incredible. We even showed it to a contractor to see what work we should get done and the contractor said he’s never seen such a well done detailed inspection with images.
Tim was responsive, in time, professional, friendly and mist importantly very thorough. I have confidence that he found everything that could be found and he made solid recommendations on repairs and improvements. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
Tim did a thorough inspection of a home I am buying, he was very informative and detailed. He was able to come the next day. He made sure I understood everything he was saying would need to be fixed.
