The House Inspectors, Inc is Licensed, and Insured, and Accredited by the Home Inspection Institute of America, and has been a home inspector in the Spokane area since 2001. I have been a licensed inspector in the state of Washington since August 2009 in accordance with the new law requiring all home inspectors to be licensed by July 2010 (WA State Lic. No. 340). I was born and raised here in Spokane, and after 30-plus years of work experience, I have the inside knowledge that only a Spokane native can offer.
