Wonderful service. I really recommend their service. We got the inspection twice. We did not go ahead with the first property because they found a structural damage which was so hard to notice. On time and good feedback and explanation provided. Really recommend Zack did inspections both the times. Thumbs up!
The inspector I met (Zack Salem) who did the inspection for thouse Am buying is very knowledgeable and very professional and spent his time in explaining the noted deficiency items that found during the inspection. Zack the Inspector uses the right and advance tools and equipment especially the remotely controlled drone to check the roof area.
He was incredibly thorough during the inspection, professional and efficient with answering different types of questions. His insight was very helpful with our decision for purchasing a home. Additionally, Zack provided a very detailed inspection report on the property. I would highly recommend him. Five stars all the way!
