Frank did an amazing job inspecting the home I am purchasing. He was extremely thorough, took his time, and inspected the property like it was his own. I have had numerous conversations with him throughout the process as well as after the inspection and he answered all questions completely and understandably. I could not be more pleased with his report! It is very evident that he is truly passionate about his work and values his clients highly. I now have the utmost confidence that I understand the property and its issues before purchasing, and it is all thanks to Frank and House to Home Inspections!

I have worked with Frank for the purchases of 3 homes over the last 6 years. There is not another inspector in the valley that I would trust to inspect my prospective home! He is thorough, detail oriented and provides a very high level of customer service. During my most recent inspection, Frank was at my prospective home from 10am – 3:30 pm for a 3400 sf home, THAT’S how thorough he is with his work. Frank truly cares about the condition of the home and providing you with all the facts, NOT just what you want to hear. Prospective home buyers, I know.. purchasing your home can be an emotional process, but you want to be certain you know the true condition before such a big purchase. You can count on Frank to have your back!

Frank is very detailed. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We were on a very short timeline and Frank was able to inspect the home and get our report to us the same day! I would absolutely recommend House to Home Inspection!
