Highly Recommend! Erich was punctual, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He explained every step of his inspection and made sure I understood it as well. He provided recommendations, as well as his reasoning behind the recommendations which was very reassuring. Everything about the inspection process with Erich was great. I will be using him again for my next home inspection.
Erich is very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality inspection done on a house they are considering purchasing. I am a first time buyer and with his help I was able to avoid buying a house that would have cost me a lot of money to fix after taking ownership. After passing on the first house I had inspected I had Erich look another house which ended up being in much better shape. But his eye for detail was still able to save me from potential problems that I was able to have the seller fix before I moved in. If you have questions or concerns he is there to help and is genuinely interested is what you what to do with the house and will provide advise on how he would go about doing repairs or remodel. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him in the future if I need someone.
