He was extremely thorough, leaving no stone unturned. He answered all my questions and made me understand how I can maintain my future home in good shape. Afterwards he gave me an easy to use report that came in handy when negotiating with the seller and can also be used as a home maintenance guide. Don’t look any further and book Sven!
Sven was amazing – he dug around every nook and cranny of the house, and gave us an in-depth document that’ll serve as an Owner’s Manual for the house for years to come. To boot, he found an issue with the septic system that allowed us to deduct a not insignificant amount from the purchase price, so his services paid for themselves. Could not recommend more.
