Lucas was incredibly professional, polite, respectful and thorough. I felt safe at all times. He went above and beyond to answer questions and ensure that we were well informed. His report was finished and made available to us within an hour of our meeting to discuss the inspection.

We used them for two inspections so far – before moving into our new build and just recently for our year-end inspection for our warranty. Both times we had Jimmy Cannon as the inspector and he was so great! Very thorough and explained everything step by step. You can really tell he cares about your home being safe but also cares about you as a homeowner. I have been more than satisfied with our experiences and would absolutely use HC again.
