Shawn was very responsive and worked with my challenging schedule (I live +13 hours ahead in Singapore) across a holiday weekend. He did an extremely thorough inspection (general, WDI and stucco) of my a property I had made a purchase offer, and he recommended some great stucco repair contractors. Together this enabled me to negotiate from an informed position with the seller. I’ll definitely use Shawn and Houston Inspections for all my inspection needs!
Our inspector Dennis was very thorough and professional. He broke everything down into easily understandable elements and made the whole process feel less overwhelming. We were able to get the report quickly and work through next steps to complete our home purchase.
He was very helpful in explaining the process to book my appointment and also what to expect on the day of. Kyle performed my inspection. He was on time, very professional and helpful. Although I was not able to physically attend, Kyle, along with my realtor, broke down every detail of his inspection and concerns via phone. I also received a detailed report that was color coded with explanations, as well as pictures. This is my first home buying experience and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that I received from Houston Inspections.
