Our inspector was Ronn Holmes. After the home inspection, they sent us a detailed report with complete information and pictures. The report was so well structured with the top observations highlighted first and then details all other observations in the following pages. They even highlight critical observations in red which makes it easy to refer to. There is so much valuable information about the house in the report that I still refer to it after 3 years to find things that need fixing and I might have forgotten about. It is also a great place to check when I need any information like age of roof, age of hvac etc. Highly recommend them for your home inspection as well!

They were detailed and patient with my questions and even provided a “How to Operate Your Home” help book with the ins and outs of everything you can expect when operating your first home. The lady on the phone was really helpful. She’s able to walk you through the process and is very friendly. The home inspector is very friendly, we had Seth the owner. He would you through what he was doing and why and very helpful to answer questions and friendly. I have used them twice now and they’ve been great both times. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and the inspector was right on time both visits. Great company, I’ll certainly reach out to them in the future.
