Chris was recommended by our realtor and we are so glad we went with him. He was super fast at responding, thorough, and had appointments available right away. He was very helpful at explaining what he was looking at and gave very detailed information on the report. We would definitely use him again and recommend to anyone!
Marked as inspected on the report. While home inspectors aren’t required to walk the roof, it was a nice day and a low pitch roof. Disappointed with that.
He explained everything he found in layman’s terms, in person, before providing the official report. He also noted some safety concerns regarding stairs in the house and I appreciated that!! I will say that I am so glad I had this home inspection because Chris found some fungus under the house and recommended I have it investigated by a specialist. Thank goodness I did, because it’s likely going to cost $10,000+ to remove the mold and repair the crawl space! 100% recommend Chris! He’s great!
