The price was very affordable (including the radon testing), and James was thorough throughout the inspection, letting me know things to watch out for, and answered all my questions concerning the home that were in his purview. Follow-up of the inspection was prompt and thorough as well, including the initial report and the follow-up after the seller made changes. James let me know I could contact him for any reason regarding the home inspection, including any questions.
