Home inspector was available on very short term notice, was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Very detailed inspection report emailed the day of the inspection! Would absolutely recommend. Wonderful service, my family and I can’t thank you enough!!

I have had Felipe perform complete home inspections on 2 properties before I eventually closed on the second one. He is extremely thorough and very knowledgable of all aspects of home functionality, safety, structure, and overall condition of the various components. He is professional, punctual, and delivers his reports on time and complete with every detail of the home inspection, supported by pictures and appropriate comments. In the Florida housing market, where it is hard to come by quality and dependable contractors and service individuals, Felipe exudes the type off quality and dependability that we all are looking for. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy their property.

He was responsive to our questions, and accommodating to our schedule. He conducted an extremely detailed, thorough, and comprehensive inspection. Everything was documented in writing and photographs. He took the time to discuss his findings, along with providing a well-written and documented report. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to share his experience with you. If you need to have a home inspected, and you want the peace of mind of knowing the condition, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
