This was the second time I’ve used IHI, and they are the only home inspection company I would ever recommend. David is meticulous, going above and beyond any inspector (and I would know, as I’m selling a home that’s had multiple inspections from various buyers, an none of them even come close) I’m talking about an inspection report (mine was 18 pages!) with photos, detailed remarks, recommendations, serial numbers for every appliance…Yes, you will pay more, but you get what you pay for! 100% worth it for peace of mind, especially if you are buying an older home.
