I have been a NJ licensed Home Inspector for over 18 years with a 21 year background in Civil and Structural Engineering. I began my journey coming from a place of wanting to help others make informed decisions. Buying or selling a home is a major investment in anyone’s future, being able to share the good, the bad, and the ugly findings in a home can be a tricky road to navigate. Lucky for me, it is a natural skill.

My role as a home inspector is to help identify your homes defects, safety and deferred maintenance issues. Some issues will require further investigation by a specialist, which I will suggest for you. No home is perfect – even brand new.

. He is SO personable and really takes the time to talk to you and make you feel confident in his services. He did an amazing job on our home inspection, he was incredibly thorough and provided us with a descriptive report the very next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has just purchased a home and wants to make sure that it is in good working order!

We hired Immaculate Home Inspections to do our home inspection before buying a property. Tom was quick to respond when I reached out to him and very informative throughout the process. He was very thorough when going through the home and explained all the possible issues and remedies for things that he noticed. I really appreciated his insight and his quick turnaround on getting us the completed report. I will definitely reach out to him again if I ever need another home inspection done!

As a first-time home buyer, it was important for me to find a very thorough and dedicated home inspector. Tom was recommended to me by a friend. From our initial call, I found that Tom really went above and beyond in every aspect of the inspection process. Not only did he conduct a very comprehensive audit , but as we walked through the home, he provided a great deal of explanation and helpful advice about the various systems and parts of the home. The advice was not just limited to things that were wrong or deficient, but was also educational so that I could be a more prepared home owner.
