I would definitely recommend this home inspection company. The owner is very knowledgeable and took his time to go through the property. I also appreciated the fact that he shared his expertise with me as a first time landlord. He was also very professional and well prepared to complete the job. You won’t be disappointed!
Bob, the owner was very knowledgeable! I called him the day before the inspection, and he was able to accommodate my quick timeframe. His flexibility was much appreciated! On inspection day, he arrived 30 minutes and completed the outside inspection of the home. He was very thorough, and did not miss a single detail when walking through the home. As a first time home buyer, I truly appreciated the quality of his work and professionalism. He noted things I never would have known or looked at.
