The buyer was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. The inspection revealed some issues with the roof and we were able to negotiate a new roof for the buyer and he was saved the frustration of dealing with roofing problems in the near future. I will definitely recommend Independent Inspection Services to friends, family, other buyers and sellers!
My home is over 100 years old and I was a bit unsure of what shape it was really in. He crawled through the attic, under the house, walked the roof, and was very thorough. The report was ready and printed at the time of inspection. Can’t recommend him enough!
