Brett did my home inspection back in June of 2019 for my first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain all the details to me. His report was super thorough and I was impressed by his use of a 360 camera during the inspection. I’m writing the review now because I reached out to Brett today with a kind of random question. He not only remembered me and my house but gave me some great information to help answer my question.

Brett was amazing. He was extremely responsive and easy to schedule quickly. He gave a thorough inspection followed by a same day detailed report with photos. He was super knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and was very kind. I highly recommend !

You know, buying a house can be stressful. You worry about the cost. You worry about the financing. You worry about selling your current house. Well, Greg can’t help you with those worries but he can check it from stem to stern and find all the things you didn’t see. He will provide you with a detailed report of the condition of the house, it’s parts and systems. If you are as fortunate as I, he’ll spend more time pointing out the good things and less time pointing out the bad things.
