We were set on a home we loved and upon inspection, major foundational issues were discovered that we did not realize. He saved up a ton of headache and money. The inspection was incredibly thorough and detailed. The report included itemized pictures that were explained well. Shawn took the time to explain all the findings with us and made sure we understood. I would highly recommend this home inspection service to anyone.

We have used Shawn, as our inspector, twice during our search for our “Old Kentucky Home”! Let me tell you, Shawn is fantastic! Shawn is prompt, detail oriented, communicative, informative, and he’s just all around professional! We have found our home (thankfully), but if there is any reason we’d need to look into the housing market again, we would not hesitate to give Shawn a call. To say he is highly recommended is an understatement!! A++++

The report is pieced together and organized precisely with descriptions of findings that are backed by clear photographs that contain annotation graphics referencing the focus of those photographs and findings. The official report is sent via email in PDF format for great convenience and easy accessibility. I used this service two times and both experiences were great.
