Informed Decision Home Inspections

We had little time to analyze this home as we were traveling a distance to purchase so Robert gave us the confidence we needed to make our decision. The things he found were so helpful for us to repair. Long but thorough.

The inspection process was great, went very smooth, showed up early to the inspection to ensure he had time to do everything and not be rushed. Asked if we had any concerns and Listened to them once explained. Pointed out a few areas that we weren’t aware of needing attention. As we currently rent the home we knew of the few flaws and quirks that it had but the report from him came in the same day explaining in detail everything that was found. Since we were home when the inspection took place he brought us out to show where a gas leak was occurring. He also explained most of his findings to us right at the end before he left which was a big relief so we weren’t stressed for the next few hours! Reasonably priced and great inspection. If we end up needing another inspection in the future (hopefully not) we will come back!

Asked if we had any questions about his procedures. Asked if we would like to know what he found as he went along or all at the end. We were new to the area and not sure how everything worked according to Wisconsin rules. He explained everything and answered our questions even providing examples to help our decision making process. Would totally recommend and definitely would use again in the future.
