I was in the process of buying a new home, and wanted a second opinion on the home inspection before I went through with the purpose. Inspector David’s response was incredibly prompt, and the inspection happened soon after my agent got in touch with him. David went through the house with me in person in very thorough fashion and observed COVID safety protocols at all times. Soon after the inspection, David provided a detailed and in-depth report. The prices were very reasonable given the competition. I really recommend InsideOut to anyone doing an inspection on their home, and am really happy with my experience with them!

I received a whole house inspection on a house I am purchasing and am very happy with the service I was provided. David was on time, thorough and professional. He took the time to walk me around the inside and outside of the house and go over all of his findings, good and bad. I was provided the information I needed to move forward with my purchase.

David did a fantastic job with our home inspection: he was very knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. After performing a thorough inspection, he did a walkthrough with us to explain his findings and share maintenance recommendations. He also followed up with a detailed written report within 24 hours. We would highly recommend David for any future home buyers!
