Insight Home & Building Inspections did a very thorough and excellent job inspecting the home we were purchasing. The home was not old, built 2004, but Rob found problems with the electrical system and higher levels of radon that the the home owner agreed to fix before we moved in. The results of the inspection emailed to us were very clear and the pictures that Rob took matched each part of the inspection. Rob was very punctual and informative at every step of the process. I highly recommend Rob and Insight Home & Inspections for any property buyer or person wondering about the condition of their building.

Rob clearly cares deeply about the quality and integrity of his work. He was very prompt and accommodating with scheduling. After spending four hours on-site, he provided his final 60+ page report same-day, including pictures, descriptions, and recommendations. He helped us prioritize repairs, pointing out those that required a more specialized second-look. It’s very clear he knows what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. As first time home-buyers, this was invaluable.

I mean, what else could you possibly want?! To say he went above and beyond would be a HUGE understatement. I would absolutely recommend him to ANYONE looking for a home inspection, Radon test, general structural review, etc. He is, hands down, the BEST in the business and you’d be a fool to use anyone else! Call Rob. You won’t regret it!
