He was thorough and friendly and tested everything that was accessible. Everyone that is leaving negative reviews do not understand that a home inspection is NOT an engineering assessment. Home inspectors are there to inform you of the general condition of the home and Keith did that and more!
Dirty hand prints were left on newly painted walls. Did it seem to know how to operate light switches in a house built in the 60’s. Did not seem to understand things built in the 60’s that still work today may or different from things that don’t work today.
