For many years, Neil managed his family’s real estate business, gaining an understanding of home buying and selling from all perspectives. During this time, he worked mainly with multi-family walkups built around 1900. He learned what specific issues buyers need to be made aware of before they come to an agreement about purchasing a home. Neil inspected a home in purchasing. January 11, 2021 7:36 am

His inspection was very thorough. He arrived on time, went right to work. His pest inspection was actually performed by a licensed exterminator who came and evaluated the home which was awesome and something I didn’t know ahead of time. His report was excellent and quick. In the end, Neil saved us $5000 in seller credits for repairs he found. Worth every penny.

Neil has been very helpful to identify house problems during inspection. Very organized and detailed with hundred plus pages of report overall. Highly recommend for any type of house inspection!

After reviewing the report of 5 different inspectors in the area, I decided to use Neil because of his reputation and professionalism. He is very meticulous, thorough, and checked every single issue in the home and attach it to the inspection report. He can even tell me if a part is discontinued and made valuable suggestions in case I purchase the house. Great Service, Money well spent!
