Doug Johnson did an inspection and while he was thorough and quick (less than 2 hours), he injected his opinion and was incorrect in several areas. I was also surprised that, given his experience, he incorrectly described a seam as a crack. He continued to insert his opinion behind things he observed, that again, were incorrect. As a result, the deal fell through. I would not recommend him because of this.

He was very thorough with his inspection of the property. He explained his process of evaluation of said property. He took time to answer my questions during the inspection. I would recommend Inspect Mobile for anyone needing a home inspected. Thanks Doug you are awesome.

Johnathon Pierce at Inspect Mobile has been a true blessing and life saver! I’ve had two home inspections done by him in the last 2 months. Buying your first home can be scary.. but putting my faith and trust in Johnathon was the BEST choice I’ve made thus far! He diligently and meticulously went through each home as if it were his own. As a buyer you don’t always know what could be a potential problem or a real nightmare. I almost purchased the 1st home but was so relieved to walk away from a money pit. When it comes to trusting your family and an investment to a total stranger you better be equipped with the best inspection and inspector. I can not say enough wonderful things about this inspector or this company. If anyone is seeking an inspection I urge you to put your trust in these professionals. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this inspector saved me from what could have been the worst financial mistake of my life. I also know that he was right back out to inspect yet another property for me with the same diligence and professionalism.

Doug Johnson is thorough, detailed and goes above and beyond.The report was emailed the same day in detail, pictures included and the infrared was well worth the option. Our family is very thankful for him and ensuring our future home is well managed, safe and cared for.
