Through the advancements of technology we have solid methods of seeing not only the obvious but also the not so obvious. We use a computerized checklist and report writing software to ensure that every little detail is thought of and looked into.

We used Inspect Your Nest to inspect a home we purchased in Fairfield through Joe Brasil. It’s an older home and Mike prepared a very thorough report with detailed descriptions and photos of issues that should be fixed urgently and potential issues that will need to be fixed soon. We were able to use some of the issues that Mike found to negotiate the selling price and closing costs. Mike has been incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had during the inspection and has been gracious enough to answer any questions we’ve had after purchasing the home. He is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. He has been a saving grace during the intimidating process of taking on a “fixer upper.”

He was punctual, thorough, and good natured. He emphasized over and over that he is always happy to help with any questions that come up after the inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
