OR if you would like to be safe within your home once you purchase it. The inspection missed a crucial mismatch between the electrical panel and the HVAC system. As a result, the HVAC system failed, costing us $7,500. The AirServ technician who replaced our HVAC system stated that the electrical panel was so faulty that he saw sparks. He told us that he would be wary to sleep in the house, given these issues. I asked for restitution for this issue from Inspect Homes 4U but was told that was not an option. I am also not being given a refund of the amount the inspection cost us.

Jerry has done a wonderful job for us. The inspection is very thorough. We found the report (more than 70 pages and with pictures) especially useful. I told my husband that we should print it out and keep a copy in the house,. It is like a manual about how to use the house ! I also find Lorri (the administrator?) very approachable during week and weekend days for any questions. I highly recommend this company!
