I recently had a home inspection done by Joe Cmar of Inspection and Testing Services. I called Mr. Cmar around 8 o’clock at night to schedule an appointment, and he actually answered the phone. He was very personable, and answered all of my questions in a patient, knowledgeable manner. It was easy to schedule an appointment convenient for me. I received a detailed report about the inspection just two days after it was done. The report was well-written, and covered everything. I was very impressed with Mr. Cmar’s work, and I would definitely recommend him.
He was very flexible with when to do it, working around my schedule. He was very thorough and gave an extremely detailed report with straightforward explanations and several pictures, all within a short time frame. I highly recommend Joe as an inspector.
Joe was able to do an inspection for us at a time that was convenient for us — and very quickly after our realtor contacted him. He was quick and efficient, without overlooking anything. He gave us great tips on maintenance for what will hopefully be our future home, and he was extremely personable throughout the whole process. The turnaround time for the report was extremely fast (hours!) — and the report was incredibly thorough. We’d highly recommend Joe to anyone needing a home inspector’s services.
