I did a lot of research in looking for the most qualified and experienced home inspector since I am a first time home buyer and wary of finding myself in a money pit. I am so glad I went with Dave Hill from Inspection Connection. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, extremely thorough in assessing all aspects of the home and answering any questions we had. I feel much more confident and informed now as I am about to close on my first home. Best money I ever spent!

I will not recommend this company and will let everyone know that you guys do not disclose everything October 14, 2020 8:31 am

The inspector who came out to inspect our home before we purchased it and he passed the house not disclosing to us that there was water in the crawl space and that it was wet and that we should have a plumber come to check everything. 30 days into this house we went to have a dishwasher installed and out plumber went into the crawl space to start working and the line fell apart in his hands We now have to replumb our entire house and do a complete water service from the meter to the house The inspector admitted that he didnt check the crawl space completely and knew that it was wet and that he should of told us so we could have a plumber out before we did anything Now we have a 4000 plumbing bill and the inspector is only offering the inspection fee which is not even a dent in the bill Our son fought cancer last year he had to have surgery again this year and now we have to take care of this which is excess money we dont/didnt have right after our sons surgery and moving I will not recommend this company and will let everyone know that you guys do not disclose everything
