He was knowledgeable and thorough in his work, and took the time to review his report with me and answer my questions. In addition to his report, he also provided a comprehensive homeowner booklet. I inadvertently damaged the original booklet and reached out to him to see if he could mail me another copy. He took the time (and covered the expense) of going to the post office to mail me a new booklet. His customer service was over and above expectations! I would highly recommend Pete to anyone seeking a home inspection.

Pete was very professional and helpful. There was a scheduling error due to the fault of a different company and Pete went out of his way to make up for the fault of the other company so as not to delay my timeline. His work was very thorough, and helped catch things I wasn’t aware of. I would 100% hire him again.
