Inspection Plus also offers an array of additional services including inspections of outbuildings, fences, and irrigation systems.
Our inspector and owner is Chris Rose (AL License #HI-0389). Chris, as your inspector, has been performing inspection for 18 years. Chris has over 19 years of experience in the building and construction field and is the owner of CE Rose Construction and Wiregrass Environmental.

He provides clear, detailed information followed by specific pictures and a thorough explanation of your property’s condition. In addition, if he notices other concerns unrelated to his immediate assignment he will share his findings along with possible suggestions for corrective means. Professionals, yet they provide personable service.
