If you are in the market, buying a home could be the largest single investment you will ever make. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected difficulties, by having the home inspected you’ll learn as much as you can about the newly constructed or existing house before you buy it. Ryan conducted two home inspections for us recently. During the first home inspection, Ryan found multiple issues with the structural integrity of the home that were not included in the sellers concessions. We were able to get out of the contract and found a different home. During the second inspection, we were unable to be there because of the covid 19 travel restrictions. Ryan used a video conference app to walk us through the house and the property. We felt very comfortable purchasing the home after Ryan sent us the inspection report. He was very thorough and really took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions that we had. He was very professional and accommodating during the entire process.

Ryan is an excellent inspector! Very professional, polite, dependable, and honest. His inspections are the most thorough of any inspection I’ve had (this is my 8th since I’ve moved a lot). I would rate him at the very top of the best inspectors I’ve hired. His report is very detailed and you know what you will need or want to address either during purchase negotiations or just down the road for basic home maintenance. Ryan was very responsive. He replied to my texts almost immediately and worked with my schedule. I would absolutely use him again and will recommend him to friends and family. He’s also a really nice person and was great to work with.

Ryan was great and so thorough with his inspection. I am a first-time homebuyer, so I had little knowledge about how to select a home inspector. I chose Ryan based on the positive reviews his business had, and I definitely made the right choice! He arrived early, asked if there was anything specifically I was on the lookout for (for me, it was any major foundation/water/roof issues), then got straight to work and did an extremely thorough inspection of the home. He summarized each section of the inspection with me and was able to show me his findings during the actual inspection, and he also had the inspection report completed the same day. He was able to save me thousands of dollars on the home. Thanks so much, Ryan!
