Houses are not cheap. You should be as informed as possible when deciding on one of the largest purchases you’ll make in life. Would you buy a car without a test drive? You’ve seen the shiny floors and sparkling countertops, and maybe you’ve even flushed all the toilets, but before you put down a deposit and agree to take on a huge mortgage, you need to make sure that everything you don’t see is in good working order. One of the first things you should do before buying a home is to have a thorough inspection done from the roof to the foundation by a Certified Professional Inspector®. You’ll want to make sure the A/C unit isn’t about to die, the foundation isn’t silently cracking and the roof isn’t about to spring a huge leak. If you arrange for a home inspection before the sale goes through, the problem is still the seller’s. If you choose not to have a home inspection done, the problem, unfortunately, becomes yours.

Jon and Keith were able to work around a tight schedule. Very thorough inspection and detailed report. Jon even followed up afterwards to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Their attention to detail was exceptional and they were both incredibly professional. The home is almost 100 years old so I wanted to make sure we used someone with experience and they were truly impressive. Jon followed up with me after every report had been sent and spent the time to answer any question I had. They Looked after my best interest and were not satisfied with anything other than 100%. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My husband and I are very pleased with the recommendation we got to use Inspection Pros of Florida. In purchasing a condo for our retirement, we needed professionals to examine of the unit. Inspection Pros of Florida were extremely accommodating in getting an inspection scheduled quickly. Their examination was thorough, and their report was written clearly, in detail and illustrated with photos. Because of their quick response to inspect and their timely follow up, the owner and homeowners association were able to immediately address the necessary issues. We enjoyed working with John and Keith. Hopefully this is our last move but should the need arise again, we would definitely use Inspection Pros of Florida.
