Was wonderful to walk with him throughout the house, he gave me all sort of tips about the level of repair needed, and touched on how you would be able to do it. He very kindly fit our home inspection in his busy schedule and made a visit to the house as soon as he could.

I’m a first time home buyer and Mike took his time (5+ hours) to make sure he addressed everything was checked and was checked thoroughly. With that said, he doesn’t charge by the hour, he charges by the job. He works with your best interest in mind. He will point out the good and the bad and the possibilities. He also explains the first things that should be addressed to best keep your investment from going south. He also will recommend how to go about it. It is very clear he has A LOT of experience and a passion for what he does. He went through every plug, light switch, faucet, drain, toilet, appliance, electrical panel, the furnace, water heater, air conditioner, ducting, doors, windows, and drains. He’ll tell you what your water pipes are made out of (copper, pvc, pex, etc.) and tell you which is best and which is riskiest. He told me the area the house was in is known for termites
