Brad Dastrup grew up in Southern Utah and went to high school in Kanab, Utah where he played football and basketball and ran track. He has owned a few different businesses here in Southern Utah, raising 3 boys and 1 girl. In June 2019 he was blessed with his first granddaughter. I was impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the inspection. After the inspection, I was impressed with the time the inspector took to walk around the house and discuss his findings. JD Home Inspections is a company I would recommend to anyone buying a house. Don’t cut corners on your home inspection. You are spending a large amount of money to buy a house.
The home inspector was very polite and arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful. He missed many things during his house inspection, especially the siding that was in need of replacement. The seller agreed to repair all the items that were identified during the inspection. He also discovered other items during his second inspection that he missed in his first. He refunded the fee we paid for the second inspection.
