I love these guys for their super detailed reports and friendly service.

Bought a house recently they inspected for us (we use them because they give the most thorough inspection reports at amazing cost value) they don’t come for 45 mins they actually inspect all. Had an issue with furnace and the heating company Anderson Air made a pretty elaborate fraud to convince me I had a cracked furnace and needed replaced. We called inspectors and they dropped everything called TCL and came out. Found all Anderson Air findings false and all needed new limit switch. These guys went above and beyond to make right and in process saved me from being scammed for 11k system before actually even needed. Many thanks and this is by far best home inspection group hands down.
