You can attend the inspection but we ask that you respect the property and the contents of the home to the fullest extent as we may not be together for the entire inspection. During the inspection, our attention will be on the home as that is in your best interest. It’s difficult for us to talk during the process and perform a thorough inspection. Another option is to arrive towards the end of the inspection and at that time, we will discuss any questions you have and review the summary report for the premises.
