As a New Jersey State licensed home inspector, coupled with many years working in the field I have the knowledge and real life experience to identify problems with materials, installation and workmanship that other inspectors might miss.

I have used Joe now twice. One for a pre-inspection before selling my house, and one for a regular inspection on a house I purchased. He is by far the best! Very thorough and will leave no stone unturned. I would use him 100 out of 100 times. He is always on time, very detailed, and will explain everything and answer any and all questions. I can’t say enough about him.

Buying a home is a series of highs and lows, especially being a first time home buyer. Since I am utilizing a VA loan I wasn’t required to have an additional inspection, but wanted one for piece of mind. Joe is incredibly well versed, and explains his findings in a way novices like myself can understand. While there was nothing found that would stop the sale of the home, Joe offered a ton of sound advice. Everything from appliance longevity, to certain maintenance aspects of home ownership, to his own knowledge of the neighborhood itself. His prices are insanely reasonable, his responsiveness is amazing, but above all else is his genuine concern for his clients and their families. I would recommend Joe without reservation to anyone in need of a high quality home inspection.

Joe is amazing! I was relocating from out of state and did most of my business over the phone with him prior to arriving and he went above and beyond providing his honest and professional opinion on his findings. He really saved us from ending up with what could have been a major headache down the road. Joe knows his profession and will get the job done right. We hired him the second time around and the experience was just as great! I highly recommend Joe if you want an honest guy and not to mention he was always very responsive over email, text, and phone calls. Thanks Joe!
