Pat completed an inspection for me this week. He came highly recommended by two family members who used him, as well, and had great experiences. Pat was easy to get in contact with and highly responsive. He walked me through the process and the cost up front. Very friendly and personable. On the day of inspection, he showed up an hour earlier than me to get a feel for the property. When I arrived, he walked me through every room in the house and talked through/showed me everything that was in his final inspection report. I asked questions throughout the process and he was willing to talk through all of them. He spoke on what he could and if it was something outside of his scope, he would say so. I appreciated this about Pat. Overall, the final report was very thorough, prompt (he had it typed up with photos and sent to me hours later) and Pat checked things in the home that I didn’t even know existed. He was friendly, professional and treated my space with care. Perhaps what I most appreciated about Pat is that he didn’t spend 3 hours “man-splaining” to me like I’m stupid; that happens a lot as a woman with men in similar fields and I’m quite knowledgeable so it always is a real turn off!

Jeff was great!! He was relatable, comforting, and gave great advice. He spoke to me in terms I could understand, took me around the home and pointed out things of concern, and allowed me and my family to ask any questions without making us feel like we were a bother. Thank you Jeff for your hard work and continued service. Hopefully everyone in this firm is as warm and dedicated as you!!

He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through the issues he identified on our report and provided his final report the same day, which was clearly documented with photos. Patrick was also very attentive to our questions even after inspection day. We would highly recommend Patrick.
