From the start to finish they did a great job. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were very accommodating when we had to reschedule the inspection. On the inspection date we had Matt as our inspector. He was very nice and explained everything he found clearly and with great detail. We received the final inspection report promptly the next day and it was very thorough and detailed with information. I was very pleased with the service we received from Inspectors Inc and would recommend them to other people in need of home inspections.

We are continually impressed with the level of detail and professionalism Inspectors, Inc. provides to our commercial group here at Michael Saunders & Company. Not only in their inspection services, but in everything that they do. Today, we utilized their Inspectors, Inc. tour bus service for a property tour with our agents. Olga and Anthony made the trip better than we could have imagined. We were introduced to a new business partner, Lindsey, whom we will be in touch with in the future. This is a new complimentary service they provide the real estate industry, and we highly recommend it to everyone for both residential and commercial property tours. 5 Stars!!

They did not inspect the entire property. Instead of fixing the issue, they blamed one-another until ultimately becoming unresponsive. At no point during my issue was I called back, I needed to initiate the follow-up every time. Eventually I gave up, and found another solution. I would not use them again.
