Over the years, my wife and I have purchased five investment properties. Charles has inspected each one; because we trust him, his knowledge and his professionalism. There are other good inspectors, but we have come to understand that Charles calls it like he sees it. We have never felt he was making a small item a large one, or a large issue – small. His thoroughness is very impressive as he seems to cover (or uncover) items that we didn’t suspect. And he has a unique ability to identify areas that could have potential liability.
I am a Realtor with over 32 years of experience. I do provide a list of inspectors for my clients and Charles is always on the list. I have personally used Charles many times for my own purchases and sales as have a large number of my clients. I have never heard anything except praise for his thoroughness and his professionalism. Wish I could give him 6 stars!
