Avoid this company 100%, they will tell you with your inspection you will receive three free services for a year. What they don’t tell you is that you will hear from the concierge service about 4 months later after you’vemoved into your home. Five months later you will receive an email stating your home is not part of a recall. The last service will just send you and email to thank you for purchasing their product. If your in Rory’s friend circle then you can actually get a call back regarding your home inspection. We left six phone messages for rory and reached out to our realtor to contact him to advise we really would like to speak with him, we had questions regarding our inspection, five months later we still have never received a phone call. The realtor called three times he never returned her calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they don’t value customers and the customer service has an excuse every time you call for rory not following-up.

Inspector showed up on time and he issued the report as expected. We bought the house and moved in two or three weeks later. On the first day, it was clear that the Shower/tub temperature controls and tub faucets had issues, which did not appear on the inspection report. We also believed there was a water leak from the upstairs bathroom, luckily, there wasn’t a leak. However, before the plumber came to inspect/fix the above items, I wrote two emails. Never got a response back. Was a bit surprised by that.

I was able to make an appointment on short notice and both Rory and Eric were very patient with me during the home inspection. They took the time to point out potential issues, answer all my questions, and advise about recommended repairs. A great value and I highly recommend!
