I have used John Moss of Inspex once for a home inspection and once for a commercial building inspection. He was recommended by my attorney who said Mr. Moss was on the top of his list of recommended inspectors. Very professional and thorough. He provided detailed reports with photos and estimates.
We just retained him for a home inspection we are in contract for. John is very punctual, responsive and thorough. We had a question come up after the initial home inspection which we neglected to address at the time and John went back to the house and thoroughly re-inspected the area in question which revealed some major issues that seemed to have been concealed by the current homeowner and if it wasn’t John’s persistence, we would have never discovered this issue and would have been at a loss with this home purchase.
He is punctual and responsive. John’s report was very thorough and helpful not just for selecting our home, but for maintaining it once we decided to go ahead with the purchase. With his experience in the Hudson county, he knows if you are getting a value for your money. He was also very careful about safety in regards to COVID19. Our realtors didnt like him, but this is a good thing, no one wants a “yes man” when it comes to home inspections.
