Second, and more importantly, he was thorough and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and concerns. My wife and I wanted to get a house inspection for our home. Todd came through with flying colors, identifying items to take care of immediately and items to monitor. The inspection report came with color pictures and embedded video. My wife and I are very pleased and plan to have Todd come out in 2-3 years to perform a follow-up assessment. We recommend Integra Inspection Service.
When looking to have a home we were considering purchasing inspected, we were looking for someone who would do a very thorough inspection and not just a quick fly-by inspection. After doing some online searching I found Integra Inspection Services. After reading the reviews for this business there was always one common theme, “thorough”, so that got my attention.Todd did not disappoint. Todd spent over 4 hours dong the inspection of this home and I got to walk around with him for the majority of it. I was really skeptical of this home before the Inspection due to it being an older home; but by the end of it I felt really good about it because of the things he found that needed to be addressed. To top this all off, this inspection ended late into the night and I had the final report in hand in just a few hours. If you want to go the cheap route and get to the closing table quicker find a cheap, fly-by, check the box type of home inspector. If you want thoroughness, and if you want to walk away knowing that the home you are about to invest in will be a great investment for both you and your family i recommend Todd with Integra Inspection Services, ‘Every Time”…. The final inspection report was outlined with major to minor findings and included pictures, videos and a thorough detailed write up. Todd was extremely helpful with explaining areas that I needed to pay close attention to. If you would like to find someone who provides a quality product and excellent service, look no further.
